Pool Openings
We remove pool cover, wash and fold cover for storage. We reinstall all necessary equipment that had been removed for winter. We start pump and get system up and running. We test water chemistry to determine what chemicals are needed to rebalance water.
- Installation of all Deck Equipment (Ladder, Handrails, Diving Board, Lights)
- Installation of skimmer Basket/s and Return Eyeballs
- Prime and Start Pool Pump
- Light Heater Pilot
- Visually Inspect Pump, Filter, and Heater for Proper Operations
- Add Chlorine Tablets, Super Chlorination (Shock), and an Algaecide Treatment
Pool Closings
We use commercial equipment to blow out all pool plumbing lines of water. We anti-freeze all lines to prevent ice damage. We winterize all lines with water stopping plugs. We install pool winter cover.
- Removal of all Deck Equipment, such as Ladders, Handrails, Lights. (We do not remove Diving Boards Due to Liability.)
- Removal of Skimmer Basket’s and Return Eyeballs
- Blowout of All Pool Related Water Lines using an “Air Compressor”. We also add Antifreeze where needed.
- Proper Winterizing of Pool Equipment (Filter, Pumps, Heater, Chlorinator, Etc.)
- Addition of Winter Chemicals (Non-Chlorine Shock, Winter Algaecide, Mineral Control Agent)
Weekly Vacuum Service
We Vacuum Pool, skim surface debris, brush entire pool surface, backwash pool filter, test and balance water to proper testing levels.
- Weekly pool maintaining & chemical balancing.
Non-Draining Acid Washing
We remove staining and discolorations to all interior pool surfaces caused by metals and chemical imbalance, without draining pool of water.
Installing Any and All New Equipment
We will discuss and recommend pool types, pool equipment and any questions a customer may have concerning the purchase of an in-ground pool. Installation of filters, pumps, heaters, salt systems and more.
- Repair & or full replacement of underground plumbing lines.
Pool Inspections
We visually inspect all pool equipment to determine possible problems, wear and tear, and replacement needs. We inspect pool surface and check the integrity of the tile and coping, we provide a detailed description of problems and approximate associated costs.
- Leak detection & pressure testing of all plumbing lines.
Additional Services
Deck-O-Seal
We will remove old deco and install the new deco seal. This is extremely important in preventing damage to the pool deck and pool coping.
Pool Painting
We drain pool of water, prep interior surface, and paint pool surface. A variety of colors are available.
